Our Commitment

Every copy of Sanskari to Savage is personally signed and carefully packed by Preeti before it ships. We take great care to ensure your book arrives in perfect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a copy that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you — no questions asked.

To request a replacement, please email preetikumari.author@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, issue a full refund within 7–10 business days.

Change of Mind

As this is a personalised signed copy, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the order has been dispatched. Please ensure you review your order details carefully before placing it.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the shipping date of July 10, 2026. To cancel a pre-order, email us at preetikumari.author@gmail.com with your order details.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
